Nate Andrews
OWNER
Nathaniel is a retired 20-year Master Sergeant from the U.S Air Force. In the Air Force Nathaniel was a fire fighter for 17 years where he rose through the ranks of being a junior firefighter to his highest position held in the fire department as the Assistant Chief of Operations. As the AC of Ops, Nathaniel was responsible for two fire stations, 20 personnel and 15 vehicle fleet of response vehicles. Nathaniel was the Incident Commander for all in-flight, structural, medical, and haz-mat emergencies. After 17 years in fire Nathaniel took a special duty assignment to be a Combat Skills Instructor at the USAF Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix Lakehurst, New Jersey. Again, Nathaniel rose through the ranks from being a lead instructor for Mounted Operations to being the Operations Superintendent for the entire 421st Combat Training Squadron. As the Ops Sup, Nathaniel was responsible for the execution of 5 training courses that trained 6,000 Airmen a year to deploy downrange. Nate graduated with a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security.

Tony West
OWNER
With over 24 years of service in the U.S. Navy, Tony has a wealth of knowledge in security operations and management. His experience will be key in training and executing a professional and honest company. Throughout his military service, he gained valuable knowledge in planning, training and executing high valued asset protection, force protection, VIP, in maritime, expeditionary, and other dynamic environments. Tony’s ability to adapt to various situations earned him multiple awards and medals from multiple DOD branches. Tony used his skills and experience to become an independent firearms instructor, teaching multiple courses in basic weapons handling, advanced defensive tactics and the Texas License to Carry class.

Kris Marquez
OWNER
Kris brings a professional background as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer, where he specialized in providing mobility, counter-mobility, and survivability support to combat forces. His exceptional performance at Fort Bliss led to the development of new standard operating procedures under the direction of the installation’s highest-ranking official. Kris also served on protective security details, safeguarding senior military officials. His military certifications have equipped him to lead and train teams to meet client needs effectively. After service, Kris earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Driven by entrepreneurial ambition, he pursued professional experience to build a capable and effective security company. His work in the financial industry provided deep insights into business operations, client challenges, and success strategies. Kris further expanded his expertise by obtaining certifications in private security and as a Firearms Instructor. A lifelong commitment to service is evident in Kris’s participation in numerous community projects and his achievement as an Eagle Scout.
